Not every manufacturing project begins with a production order. Sometimes you need a prototype to prove a design, a replacement for a part that is no longer available, or a custom component built for a specific application.
Rolling Hills MFG works with customers on one-off and prototype projects using finished drawings, models, existing components or the information available to help determine the best path forward. Our broad in-house capabilities allow us to manufacture, evaluate and refine a part without requiring the customer to coordinate multiple suppliers.

PROTOTYPE PARTS
Turn a new design or concept into a physical component that can be evaluated, tested and refined before moving into production.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Recreate worn, damaged, obsolete or difficult-to-source components when purchasing a replacement isn’t practical or possible.
REVERSE ENGINEERING SUPPORT
When drawings or models don’t exist, we can work from an existing component using measurement and 3D scanning to help develop the information needed to manufacture a replacement.
PATH TO PRODUCTION
When a prototype becomes a production part, RHM can continue supporting the project with repeat manufacturing and additional processes as requirements grow.
